Deadlines · Initial filing — state deadline

Electronic recording is through qualified submitters. Use the county’s submitter information rather than assuming the public search portal records new documents. [32]
Deadlines · Qualified eRecording submitters — same-day cutoff
For qualified eRecording submitters, the county lists a 9 a.m.–2 p.m. window and a 2 p.m. same-day cutoff. This does not apply to general copy requests. [33]
