Consumer Question: Are your services free and/or do I need to have insurance? Answer: Yes, our services are free, and insurance may be required for some of our programs which are funded directly by CalOptima. If you do not have CalOptima, we can still provide information and resources to help. Consumer Question: Do you still have offices in Garden Grove or South County? Answer: Our only office is at 501 N. Brookhurst Street, Suite #102, Anaheim, CA 92801. We are also able to meet with individuals in the community in a variety of settings throughout Orange County depending on the service area and individual need. Consumer Question: Why do I need an appointment for services? Answer: As Orange County’s only Center for Independent Living, our services are in high demand and the team member who can best assist you may not be available if you walk-in without an appointment. While we can still provide general information and resources, we cannot guarantee someone will be available to meet with you or schedule an appointment on the spot, as our team of staff manage their own calendars. To ensure you receive the right support, we strongly recommend calling ahead or submitting a referral form.
