All digital cards are tied to physical cards (which will automatically be sent to the branch closest to your mailing address) and can be updated to a regular account at any time by coming into the library with proof of ID. This card gives you access to all digital services, but no physical services. [9]
Availability · Shared card renewal and contact-information verification
You can renew your library card in person, over the phone, or through email. We will just need to ask if your address, phone number, and email are up to date. [10]
Sierra local branches & shared-system referral (opens in a new tab)[14]Official instructions

Sierra County’s own table lists Alleghany, Downieville, Loyalton and Sierra City. Its Plumas partnership/card policy does not turn the Quincy headquarters into a Sierra local branch. Table columns are retained together; no phone is assigned to a branch by guesswork.
