Ventura County Resource Management — Planning zoning information
Official county Planning map/information function. County zoning applies to its unincorporated jurisdiction; included city maps, federal/state land and third-party reference layers do not transfer planning authority. Map access, inquiry and partial community-map limits remain stated on each service.
Planning's tool accepts a nine- or ten-digit APN and provides CountyView fallback instructions. The Cities layer checks whether county unincorporated zoning applies. Coastal/non-coastal code and permitted-use rules remain separate.
