Choose a task or county on the map. These EDD and Labor Commissioner programmes serve California statewide; personal eligibility and the correct claim route still matter.
Use UI customer service for an existing unemployment claim. An AJCC can help file a new claim but cannot fix an existing claim issue; call a center before visiting.
A wage claim, a labor-law report, a retaliation complaint and a public-works complaint are different processes. Check the type of claim and its deadline before filing.
Confirm local center services and current wage rules for your work location. EDD, local workforce partners and the Labor Commissioner handle different programmes.
