Before you start · 3 things to check
  • Choose your county on the map for benefits assistance. Inyo/Mono and Yuba/Sutter share an office; branches can have different hours.
  • County offices help with claims. VA disability and health-care decisions are federal; CalVet college fee waivers have separate eligibility rules.
  • Call before visiting. Check appointment requirements and the hours for the branch you need. Alpine currently has an assessor tax-exemption entry; a county claims-assistance contact is not yet confirmed.
