The minimum system requirements for watching videos are Google Chrome (Android 8+ and latest 3 major desktop versions), Mozilla Firefox (latest 3 major desktop versions), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based, latest 3 major desktop versions; Android 8+), Apple Safari (latest 3 major versions on macOS; iOS 15+) and Opera (latest 3 major desktop versions.). To sign up to speak at a Board of Supervisors meeting, click the ‘Register’ link next to the meeting agenda. This will take you to the Board’s Speaker Portal, where you can register online to participate either in person or remotely. Please note: The registration portal opens one hour before the meeting begins. For guidance, we’ve created two informational videos covering both in-person and remote participation. Regular Board meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Please consult the Board meeting calendar for scheduled dates. Any changes to a meeting’s location or start time will be noted on the Board of Supervisors’ Agenda. Agendas are posted on Wednesdays, two weeks before the regular Tuesday meeting. - Interpretation services (Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Persian, Spanish and Vietnamese) are provided to members of the public who submit a request to speak in-person. Additional languages for in-person speakers can be requested by contacting the Clerk of the Board’s office at least three days prior to the meeting. Language interpretation is not provided for remote participants. Space can be provided for members of the public who want to translate a public meeting into any language or receive interpretation provided by another member of the public.
