The new Supervisorial Districts were created using United States Census Blocks and are legally described as such in the ordinance adopting them. Census blocks were not created using the County’s parcel layer. This may cause interpretation in certain areas to be difficult. Staff continues to make necessary adjustments in County systems and may make adjustments to this map as necessary to match the Census Block boundaries to the County’s data. This work is expected to take several months to complete. If after reviewing this map you still have questions regarding which Supervisorial District you reside in, please contact Information Technology, GIS Division at (209) 754-6608.

Using the ‘Raise Hand’ feature on your computer or pressing *9 if participating by phone, participants may enter the queue to provide their comments for Board consideration. Participants are listed in the order in which they raised their hand for the Board Chair to call for public comment in collaboration with the Board Clerk. The Board Clerk will read the last four digits for phone-only participants in lieu of their name. To best facilitate remote public comment, the Board Clerk may prompt the participant to unmute their microphone/phone to provide their comments. Participants are responsible for following the prompts and unmuting their devices. Should a member of the public fail to unmute or respond to the Board Chair's request for their comment, the Board Chair may direct the Board Clerk to 'lower their hand' and move on to the next commenter. That participant may raise their hand again to notify the Board Clerk that they are actively participating and are ready to unmute their microphone/phone to comment on that item, as long as they do so before the Board Chair closes public comment on that item.
